Speakers & Workshop Hosts

We start the first hour of the workshop with our legal speaker who is a practicing family law attorney. You will learn about the divorce process and the different options to divorce:

1. Divorce through litigation
2. Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR)
   • Mediation
   • Collaborative Divorce
   • Cooperative Divorce

In the next hour, we have our financial speaker help to guide you through the financial aspect of the divorce process. This speaker is either a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, Certified  Planner or Lender. You will learn how to financially prepare for a divorce, dividing property and other assets/debts.   

We close our last hour of the workshop with a mental health speaker which is often a Marriage & Family Therapist or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. You will learn how to deal with a hostile spouse, helping your family cope with divorce stress, and rebuild self esteem with a variety of self care ideas. 

Attorney Garrison "Bud" Klueck

is a well-known Certified Family Law Specialist and Founding Partner at Family Law San Diego, APC. He holds a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and in Religious Studies. He shares his vast experience and knowledge of family law which are unsurpassed.
